A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CITY OF JONESBORO EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro adopted its Employee Handbook by Resolution 12:064 in 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro needs to amend the Employee Handbook Section "Drug Free Work Place Policy" and add policy on Social Media as a guide for all employees of the City of Jonesboro,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:
Section 1: "Drug Free Work Place" replaces the current Drug Free Work Place section of the City of Jonesboro's Employee Handbook; and
Section 2: Add Social Media Policy to Section I- Employment Policies.
