Body
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to grant an Easement for Utilities to City Water and Light Plant of Jonesboro, Arkansas for the purpose of permitting the construction, erection, replacement, relocation, substitution, repair, preservation, or abandonment of a line or lines for the transmission or distribution of electricity or for the communication, together with all wires, poles, transformers, guys, supports and appurtenances and together with all wires, pad mounted transformers, pad mounted equipment and appurtenances and to covey a right of ingress and egress for the purpose aforesaid; and for the construction laying, placement, operation, use repair, relocation, removal or abandonment of a water pipe line, valves, connections, meters, meter boxes, and other necessary equipment for carrying of water and for the construction, laying, placement, operations, use, repair, relocation, removal or abandonment of a sanitary sewer line or lines, including all pipes, tiles, valves, connections, manholes and necessary equipment or appurtenances and to convey a right of ingress and egress for the purposes aforesaid over and across the following described land:
