AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE 2008 ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

SECTION 1: Budget Ordinance # 08:008, Adopted January 30, 2008, is hereby amended by the increase in budget appropriations as detailed in the accompanying document entitled “Appropriation Adjustment”

SECTION 2: This ordinance being necessary for the financial continuity of the City of Jonesboro is hereby declared to be an emergency and shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.
