WHEREAS, Harry Park has faithfully served the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas as Alderman from 1970 until 1990, Chairman of the Parks Committee and a member of the Finance Committee; and

WHEREAS, the service rendered by Harry Park to the community of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Craighead County has earned the admiration and respect of all citizens; and

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro desires to express its appreciation and gratitude for the tremendous contribution and splendid achievements of Harry Parks; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution is spared upon the permanent records of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
