AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY FROM UNALLOCATED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND AND TO  DECLARE  AN  EMERGENCY

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas hereby appropriates $350,000 dollars to come from the Unallocated Capital Improvement Fund.

SECTION 2: Said funds shall be appropriated for site improvements and a building at Parker Park, located at 141 North.

SECTION 3: This ordinance being necessary for the financial continuity for the City of Jonesboro is hereby declared to be an emergency and shall take affect from and after its passage and approval.
