RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE FOR SEPARATE BONUS COMPENSATION TO THE INTERIM POLICE CHIEF

WHEREAS, Jack McCann, being appointed Interim Police Chief by the Civil Service Commission, with added work responsibilities:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Jack McCann be given separate bonus compensation in the amount of $350.00 per pay period, subject only to deductions for Federal and State income taxes. This pay will be retroactive from the date of his appointment by the Civil Service Commission as Interim Police Chief until such appointment ceases.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 21nd day of June, 1993.
