RESOLUTION TO PURCHASE A FORD TRUCK FROM PATTON MOTOR CO.

WHEREAS, the City Council did at the last meeting move to accept the lowest bid of Abernathy Motor Co. for the purchase of one Dodge truck, and such truck was not available for delivery;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the motion to accept such bid be and is hereby deleted and expunged from the record, and further resolved that the City purchase from Patton Motor Co. one Ford truck at a price of $2,545.00 upon the specifications set out.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1958.
