Lease agreement with United Way for 407 Union Avenue

United Way of Northeast Arkansas entered into a lease for space in the building at 407 Union Avenue. The lease is for $1 annually for a period of ten years. The contract period will be from September 1, 2015, to August 31, 2015. The lease was approved by RES-15:139 on September 1, 2015, and was signed on September 10, 2015.
