(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to vacate the unimproved portion of North Church Street
(B) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential Two to Commercial One, located south of Jefferson and west of Madison. (Betty Sloan)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Residential Two, located off Airport Road just north of Prospect Road, Lot 3 of Lloyd Subdivision. (John White, Jr.)
5. Resolution authorizing the transfer of property located at Krueger Drive in Jonesboro's Industrial Park for the Individual Work Force Training Consortium.
6. Resolution requesting City Water & Light to provide free service for the new shop building at Craighead Forest and the new shop building at 215 E. Allen Ave.
7. Resolution certifying the Farr Company to participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program.
