RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO AMENDING RESOLUTION 1997:48 AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO SELL CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE INDUSTRIAL MINI PARK.

WHEREAS, there is a need to amend the provision dealing with the name of the purchasers of Lot 3 of the Industrial Minipark.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Jonesboro City Council that the Purchasers of Lot No. 3 of the Industrial Minipark be changed from BASIC MATERIAL, INC. to ROBERT L. SANDERS AND SHARON K. SANDERS.

1.                     The rest and remainder of said Resolution except as amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.

2.                     This resolution shall take effect immediately.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4^th day of May, 1998.
