RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES WITH ELMER A. STUCK AND ASSOCIATES

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro is in urgent need of additional space to carry on administration of cities affairs, and

WHEREAS, a special election has been called to decide on issuing bonds for the construction of a city hall and fire station;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City a contract for architectural services with Elmer A. Stuck & Associates in the form now filed with the Council and approved by said Council.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 3^rd day of March, 1958.
