Jonesboro Human Development Center (aka Arkansas Children’s Colony) entered into a lease agreement with the City for property that is to be used as softball fields described as follows: A forty acre square bounded on the East by Highway 1 and on the South by the property line of the Jonesboro Human Development Center and containing 200 acres more or less. The lease was signed on July 6, 1981.
