BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
It being determined by the County Court of Craighead County, Arkansas, after due notice and according to the provisions of law, to enter an order of annexation on the 18th day of July, 1966, making
Lots 3 and 4 and the West 179 feet of Lot 1 of Cobb and Lee’s Survey of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas
A part of the City of Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas. It being found that said territory should be accepted into and made a part of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
It is therefore ordained that the above described lands are hereby accepted and made a part of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, annexed thereto, and the persons residing therein shall have and enjoy all the rights and privileges of the inhabitants within the original limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Ward 1.
