1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.

3. Approval of minutes from August 2, 1999, as delivered.

4. City Attorney:

A. 1^st Reading - Ordinance authorizing a Deposit Agreement with Arkansas State University for inclusion in the Archives and Special Collections of the Dean B. Ellis Library.

B. 1^st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located at 1903 Kellers Chapel Road. (Knights of Columbus)

C. 1^st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-2), located south of Hill Drive, and West of Airport Road. (Tipp Shipp)

D. 1^st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located at 5411 Southwest Drive. (Ruben Griffin)

E. 1^st Reading - Ordinance to waive competitive bidding and authorize purchase of bermuda sod for the Parks Department.

F. 1^st Reading - Ordinance to waive competitive bidding and authorize purchase of a recording system for the Emergency 911 Department.
