Body

WHEREAS, the City has several voluntary benefit products offered through payroll deduction to the employees of the City at no cost to the City; and

WHEREAS, Voluntary products offered through payroll deduction have no contract or guarantee of continuation;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1:  The voluntary benefits offered through payroll deduction shall continue until such time as the Vendor or the City stops the employee participation in the product.

PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 18^TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 2007.
