A RESOLUTION TO CONTRACT WITH SIDNEY MONCRIEF TO RENT ALLEN, PARKER PARK AND EARL BELL COMMUNITY CENTERS TO SIDNEY MONCRIEF BACK 2 BASICS BASKETBALL

WHEREAS, Sidney Moncrief Back 2 Basics Basketball is a for-profit organization formed for the purposes of conducting youth basketball camps.
WHEREAS, the CITY is the owner of certain facilities known as the Allen Park Community Center, the Parker Park Community Center and the Earl Bell Community Center.
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro and Sidney Moncrief Back 2 Basics Basketball would like to enter into an agreement to rent the aforementioned facilities to Sidney Moncrief Back 2 Basics Basketball for the purposes of conducting basketball camps.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That the City of Jonesboro shall contract with Sidney Moncrief Back 2 Basics Basketball to rent the Allen Park Community Center, the Parker Park Community Center and the Earl Bell Community Center for the purposes of conducting basketball camps.
SECTION 2: The Mayor, Doug Formon and City Clerk, Donna Jackson are hereby authorized by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this agreement.
