A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS SETTING RULES FOR THE USE OF THE CAMPGROUND AT CRAIGHEAD FOREST PARK

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro maintains park and recreational facilities for use by the public; and

WHEREAS, the Public Services Committee is charged with recommending to the City Council the amount to be charged as a fee for the use of any and all park and recreational facilities;

WHEREAS, the Public Services Committee has made recommendations for the rates to be charged for the use of said facilities and it has made recommendations for cemetery fees.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1: That the City of Jonesboro shall establish rules for the use of its parks and recreation facilities based upon the Schedule A attached to this resolution.
