RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CITY OF JONESBORO EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK, SPECIFICALLY AMENDING THE SICK LEAVE POLICY (NOTE: THIS RESOLUTION WAS AMENDED BY RES-05:403 ON OCTOBER 4, 2005)

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro adopted is Employee Handbook in 1995, including its employee sick leave policy; and
 
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro needs to amend the Employee Handbook, specifically changing its sick leave policy;
 
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
 
1. The existing sick leave provisions of the City of Jonesboro Employee Handbook are hereby amended pursuant to the document attached hereto, identified as Attachment A.  Said attachment is incorporated herein by reference.
 
 
2. Any prior resolution of the City of Jonesboro or provisions of the Employee Handbook in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of said conflict.
 
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 5th day of April, 2005.
