WHEREAS, Donald Timms, has faithfully completed tenures as a member of the City Water & Light Board; and

WHEREAS, the service rendered by Donald Timms, to the City Water & Light Board, the community of Jonesboro, and Craighead County has earned the admiration and respect of all citizens; and

WHEREAS, the City Water & Light Board desires to express its appreciation and gratitude for the splendid achievements of Donald Timms.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be spread upon the permanent records of the City of Jonesboro and copies be delivered to Donald Timms.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 20^th day of March, 1989.
