WHEREAS, Mr. Harry Cook and Mr. J.B. Brickell have served as Alderman for the past several years and are now retiring from the City Council;

WHEREAS, they have distinguished themselves by their conscientious attention to the duties of their office, having in mind the best interests of the City.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Jonesboro hereby expressed admiration and appreciation to Harry Cook and J.B. Brickell for the conscientious work as fellow members of the City Council.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21^st day of November, 1964.
