RESOLUTION TO PLACE LIENS ON PROPERTY

Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to place liens on the following properties:

1.                     Betty Faulkner

515 Krewson Steet

Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401

$851.50

The purpose of these liens is to recover the cost of removing the houses at the respective locations plus 10% penalty for collection.  Said liens shall be placed and enforced if said cost remains unpaid at the end of 30 days after the first publication of the notice.  The property owners may appeal this action to the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, if the appeal is filed within the specified 30 days.  The 10% charge totals $85.15.  The total amount owed will be $936.65.
