A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2006:101, CORRECTING THE AMOUNT OF THE ETC CONTRACT FOR FLEMON ROAD DRAINAGE PROJECT

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro approved Resolution No. 2006:101 on August 3, 2006 for the Flemon Road drainage project with ETC, Engineering in the amount of $14, 400.00; and

WHEREAS, it was later discovered that the amount of the contract should have been for $35,270.00.

Now therefore be it resolved by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that the Flemon Road Drainage Project shall be amended to reflect the amount of $35,270.00 for the following services:

Surveys for Design                  $10,000.00

Prepare Final Plans                  $14,440.00

Construction Observation            $10,830.00

The funding for the execution of the contracts shall come from the account Drainage Study Part II, #07-100-02-50-00 or city drainage projects line item and compensation shall be provided upon completion of the project.
