RESOLUTION TO PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION ACTION ON PROPERTIES LOCATED ON JILL DRIVE AND NORTH CULBERHOUSE

WHEREAS, it has been found to be unlawful for any person or persons to keep or maintain any house, building and/or structure within the corporate limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas which constitutes a nuisance and which is found and declared to be an nuisance; and
WHEREAS, the following properties have been found and declared to be a nuisance within the corporate limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas;
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the following properties are hereby condemned:
(1) A house located at 511 Jill Drive in Jonesboro, Arkansas owned by Earvin Langston
(2) Two (2) sheds located at 210 N. Culberhouse in Jonesboro, Arkansas owned by Gene Grant.
