ORDINANCE DECLARING HITCHING HORSES ON CERTAIN STREETS TO BE A MISDEMEANOR AND SETTING FINES

It shall be unlawful for any person in charge of a horse or other animal to leave the same hitched or standing or otherwise upon Main Street or around the Court Square for a longer period than thirty minutes at one time in the same place; and a breach of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not exceeding Ten Dollars for each offense.
