RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH BRET ROSENBERGER FOR RENTAL OF THE JOE MACK CAMPBELL SOCCER FIELDS

WHEREAS, Bret Rosenberger is an individual who is administering a fee based competitive soccer program for the Craighead County Soccer Association.
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro is the owner of the Joe Mack Campbell Park.
WHEREAS, Bret Rosenberger and the City of Jonesboro desire to enter into an agreement regarding the use and maintenance of Joe Mack Campbell Park.
WHEREAS, Bret Rosenberger shall pay the city the standard rental fee of $30.00 per day for rental of soccer fields at Joe Mack Campbell Park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Bret Rosenberger and the City of Jonesboro shall enter into an agreement for the rental of Joe Mack Campbell Park soccer fields.
