ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SELLING OR OWNING OF TOY PISTOLS TO BE A MISDEMEANOR AND SETTING FINES

Any person, firm, or corporation, selling or giving away, or in any way disposing of any toy pistol, toy gun, or anything of any kind that shoots blank cartridges, or keeps such toy pistol or toy gun in his house or business establishment, or any boy, man, or any person carrying on his person or owning any such toy pistol, or toy gun; or any person or firm selling or offering for sale any blank cartridges for use in such toy pistol or gun, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed Twenty-five Dollars.
