A RESOLUTION TO CONTRACT WITH ARKANSAS RUSH SOCCER CLUB

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro owns and maintains Joe Mack Campbell Park;
WHEREAS, the Arkansas Rush Soccer Club are a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization created for the purpose of administering youth competitive soccer,
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro and the Arkansas Rush Soccer Club desire to enter into a contract to provide competitive soccer for youth at Joe Mack Campbell Park;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
Section 1: The City of Jonesboro, Arkansas shall contract with the Arkansas Rush Soccer Club to provide youth competitive soccer at Joe Mack Campbell Park.
Section 2: The Mayor, Harold Perrin and City Clerk, Donna Jackson are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the agreement.
