A RESOLUTION TO ALLOW THE SWIFT-ECKRICH, INC. EMPLOYEES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CITY OF JONESBORO ADOPT A STREET PROGRAM.

BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:
SECTION ONE: the Swift Eckrich, Inc. Employees has volunteered to participate in the Jonesboro "Adopt A Street" Program. As such, they are hereby approved, and shall be officially responsible for the upkeep and adoption of the portion of roadway described as follows:
QUALITY DRIVE WHICH RUNS NORTH AND SOUTH FROM HWY. 18 TO C.W. POST DR. BESIDE SWIFT-ECKRICH, INC.
SECTION TWO: It is further found that an emergency is declared to exist and this Ordinance being necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 1992.
