March 3, 2003
The Nominating and Rules Committee met Monday, March 3, 2003 at 6:25 in Council Chambers, located at 900 West Monroe, Jonesboro Arkansas. A full quorum was in attendance. Present were: Paul Copeland, Chris Moore, and Alec Farmer. Councilman McCall was absent.
Pursuant to the Rules of Order and Procedure adopted by the City Council on Monday, January 6, the Nominating and Rules Committee met for the purpose of approving the Mayor’s recommendation to reappointment of Harry Hardwick (Ward 3) and Kathleen Pruitt (Ward 5) to the City Water and Light Board with an expiration date of March, 2006. Councilman Moore moved, seconded by Councilman Farmer to accept the Mayor’s recommendation. All voted aye.
With no further business the meeting was adjourned.
