AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE AND ABANDON A PORTION OF A 30' SANITARY SEWER AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:

SECTION 1: The City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, hereby releases, vacates and abandons all of its rights, together with the rights of the public generally, in and to the portion of this easement designated as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

The South 5, 00' of the North 15.00' of Lot 24, Block B, Ridge Pointe, Phase III Revised, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, lying West of a 15.00' utility easement along the East Line of said Lot 24.

SECTION 2: A copy of the ordinance duly certified by the City Clerk shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of Craighead County, Arkansas and shall be filed in the Deed Records of such office.
