BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: CHAPTER 117, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS BE AMENDED AS RECOMMENDED BY THE METROPOLITAN AREA PLANNING COMMISSION BY THE CHANGES IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION AS FOLLOWS:
FROM Residential, R-1 TO C-3, LUO, General Commercial, Limited Use Overlay,
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION (WARRANTY DEED BOOK 510, PAGE 50):
Part of Tract One of Stonefield Addition, Jonesboro, Arkansas as shown by Plat in Plat Cabinet "B" page 93, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 14 North, Range 4 East;
thence South 89 degrees 31'0" E 1015.2 feet to the point of beginning proper;
thence South 89°31'0" East 280.0 feet;
thence South 00°57'0" West 30 feet to the South line of Hudson Drive;
