AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 954, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR CHANGES IN ZONING BOUNDARIES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 954, known as the zoning ordinance for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended by changes in zoning classifications as follows:
FROM Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-3) the following described property:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 13 North, Range 4 East, Craighead Co., Arkansas to wit: From the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 13 North, Range 4 East, Run S. 88º30'55" W. 35.68 FT. to a point, said point being the Point of Beginning; Thence continue S. 88º30'55" W. 1164.80 FT. to a point; Thence run N. 00º25'42" W. 391.05 FT. to a point; Thence run N. 88º31'00" E. 1168.40 FT. to a point; Thence run S. 00º00'00" W. 391.09 FT to a point, said point being the Point of Beginning, containing 10.82 acres.
