ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NUMBER 3292, AND RESOLUTION NO. 2001:19 AS THEY RELATE TO THE GPS GRID SURVEY MONUMENTS.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; that

SECTION 1: Due to complexities with the GPS Grid Survey Monuments, the Jonesboro City Council repeals Ordinance No. 3292 and Resolution No. 2001:19; and

SECTION 2: Due to questions relating to the GPS Grid survey,  and a need to research further data, an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
