Gillis, Inc. entered into a contract with the City for the Crowley's Ridge Parkway: Craighead Forest Park Trail - Phase I and was signed on October 30, 2015. The project will be funded 80/20 from the Scenic Byways Federal Grant and the Capital Improvements Fund. The work should be completed within 150 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued. The resolution number is RES-15:146 and was approved by Council on October 20, 2015.
