Description of property to be abandoned: The right-of-way of Blackberry Lane, a part of Wilderness Run Subdivision, extending from Wilderness Run Drive, in a northeasterly direction toward undeveloped land, and the parallel utility easements; except that the utility easement being located at the extreme northeast end of Blackberry Lane, being fifteen feet in width and being parallel to the exterior boundary of the subdivision, shall remain in place, and in full force and effect.
