RESOLUTION TO APPOINT THE ACTING CITY INSPECTOR AND SET THE SALARY

WHEREAS, that the Mayor be authorized to appoint some person as acting inspector until such time as he qualifies or until a qualified person is found. Buddy Meador was appointed.

WHEREAS, that the salary of the Acting City Inspector be and is hereby set and fixed at the sum of $400.00 per month, payable on the 1^st and the 15^th day of each month hereafter, until further Resolution be made by the City Council.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 1^st day of February, 1960.
