RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE BID FOR A NEW CITY HALL AND CENTRAL FIRE STATION

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas sitting in regular session the 7^th day of July, 1958, that the bid of Ben White & Sons for the general construction of the new City Hall and Central Fire Station be and is hereby accepted for a total construction cost of $217,986.00.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of said city are authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said city a contract with said successful bidder for the construction of said city hall and central fire station.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 7^th day of July, 1958.
