RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO ESTABLISH AND APPOINT A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE COMMITTEE

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro will establish a committee to be charged with reviewing the City of Jonesboro property maintenance codes; and

WHEREAS, the terms for all committee members will extend through October 6, 2015, or until responsibilities are fully satisfied; and

WHEREAS, the members of the Property Maintenance Code Committee members are as follows:

Buddy Nichols, Mike Boone, Teresa Beck, Bob Warner, Judy Casteel, Dan Pasmore, John Hardin, Jason Whitley, Lillian Cobbs

Ex-officio members:

Lt. Todd Nelson, Tim Renshaw, Otis Spriggs, LM Duncan, and Mayor Harold Perrin.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that the recommended appointments as listed above are hereby confirmed to serve on the Property Maintenance Code Committee.
