3^rd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-2),located at 2101 W. Matthews. (Loretta Little)

1^st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Industrial (I-1), located in the 9700 Block of East Highland. (Jerry Nichols)

1^st Reading - Ordinance appropriating City of Jonesboro, Arkansas Sales and Use Tax Revenue Bonds, 1996 and 1997 Series, bond fund account balances.

5. Resolution requesting free utility service to a building located at Parker Park, 1522 North

Church Street.
