RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH FISHER & ARNOLD, INC. TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN OF THE LAWSON ROAD EXTENSION (NOTE: THIS AGREEMENT WAS AMENDED BY RES-06:278 ON JULY 18, 2006)

WHEREAS, the Mayor and other designated personnel has ranked, selected and negotiated with an engineering firm to provide engineering services for the design of the Lawson Road Extension; AND

WHEREAS, all requirements have been met regarding A.C.A. 19-11-801 for the procurement of services;

BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute and accept the Professional Services Agreement from Fisher & Arnold, Inc. consisting of pages 1 through 8, and including the attached Exhibit "A".
