BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of Jonesboro that the Certificates of Indebtedness under authority of Ordinance #998 be issued in the amount of $28,770 and proceeds therefrom used as part of the full payment of the purchase price of parking meters from the Duncan Meter Co.
