(A) 2nd reading - Ordinance providing for condemnation and repair, rehabilitation, securing, or razing and removal of houses, buildings; and/or structures constituting a nuisance within the corporate limits.
5. Resolution accepting a portion (0.44 mile) of Highway 351 into the City of Jonesboro's street system. (Arkansas State Highway Commission)
6. Request for an Appeal Hearing regarding denial by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-3) located on the west side of Airport Road, north of the Union Pacific Railroad, adjacent to the Moose Lodge at 225 N.
