RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE PEPSI AMERICA WITH EXCLUSIVE POURING RIGHTS IN THE ALLEN PARK COMMUNITY CENTER

WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department has solicited sponsorship of the Allen Park Community Center, located at 3609 Race Street.

WHEREAS, Pepsi Americas has agreed to provide and install basketball scoreboards for the community center for a period of 10 years.

WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department shall receive a 24% commission rate on all drinks sold through vending machines.

WHEREAS, Pepsi Americas shall receive exclusive pouring rights in Allen Park Community Center for a period of 10 years.

WHEREAS, this agreement shall terminate on July 1^st, 2012.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the Parks and Recreation Department shall provide Pepsi Americas exclusive pouring rights in the Allen Park Community Center located at 3609 Race Street for a period of 10 years.
