3. Approval of minutes from regular meeting held December 17, 2001 as delivered.
4. City Attorney:
A. 1st Reading - Ordinance to amend Section 2.08.02 of the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances to establish new Ward Boundaries.
5. Resolution requesting City Water and Light to provide free utility service for traffic lights at 3009 and 3215 S. Caraway Road.
6. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an Agreement to Issue Bonds and an Agreement for payment in lieu of taxes for Arkansas Glass Container Corporation.
7. Resolution authorizing Craighead County Solid Waste Disposal Authority to apply for a permit modification to continue operation of a Class I Landfill.
8. New Business by the Mayor.
