A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF JONESBORO TO ACCEPT THE DONATION OF GIS SERVICES FROM ASSOCIATED ENGINEERING

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro has need of GIS services; and

WHEREAS, Associated Engineering desires to donate the services of a GIS employee for a total of four hundred and ninety (490) hours.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO:

1)                     That the City of Jonesboro desires to accept the donation of four hundred ninety (490) hours of GIS services from Associated Engineering.

2)                     That Mayor Harold Perrin and City Clerk Donna Jackson are authorized to execute such documents as are necessary to effectuate this agreement.
