BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 954 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the change in zoning classification as follows:

From Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3) of the following described property: Hwy 63 Bypass, 3/4 miles N. of Wal-Mart, formerly W. Jonesboro Veterinary Clinic, (Dr. Gary Self).

Part of the South Half of the South Half of Section 23, Township14 North, Range 3 East, Craighead County, Arkansas, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing
at the Northeast corner of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 23; thence South 1°06' West 56.5 feet; thence South 28° 49' East 231.1 feet to the point of beginning proper; thence continue South 28°49' East 342.6 feet; thence South 50° 40' West 144.4 feet to the Northeasterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 63 Bypass; thence North 39°20' West along said right-of-way line 263.7 feet; thence North 65°15' West along said right-of-way line 40.01 feet; thence North 0°55' East 199.2 feet to the South right-of-way of Denver Drive in Gary Hills Subdivision; thence South 78°34' East along said right-of-way line127.8 feet; thence along said right-of-way line along a curve to the left with a radius of 165.84 feet for a distance of 21.76 feet to the point of beginning proper and containing 1.62 acres, more or less, and being subject to a 30' road easement along the Southeasterly side of the tract as shown on the plat.
