RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE FTA CIRCULAR 4220.1E AS AMENDED

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro has agreed to approve the FTA Circular 4220.1E as amended to include the federal clauses and responsibilities associated with these clauses.  This includes Procurement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Buy America, and Suspension/Debarment.

WHEREAS, the Transportation Coordinator and the Community Transportation Advisory Board have approved the plan and application; and

WHEREAS, the FTA Circular 4220.1E as amended is necessary for the City of Jonesboro/JETS to comply with state and federal regulations.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO THAT:

The FTA Circular 4220.1E as amended is authorized and approval.
