Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to accept the property described as follows for pipe installation and maintenance:

The North 10 feet of Lot 7 of Hunter’s Run Addition of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas

 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

SECTION 1.                     The Mayor, Doug Formon, and the City Clerk, Donna Jackson, are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to accept the permanent easement described above.
