AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 BUDGET ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:

SECTION 1: Budget Ordinance 08:008 adopted January 30, 2008, as amended during 2008, is further amended by the increase in budget expenditures, and transfers as detailed in the attached Schedules A & B.

SECTION 2: This ordinance being necessary for the financial continuity of the City of Jonesboro is hereby declared to be an emergency and shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18^th day of November, 2008.
