AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO TO ACCEPT A CONTRACT BID FROM RICHARD BAUGHN FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS AND APPROPRIATE FUNDS THEREFORE

WHEREAS, Richard Baugh has bid the amount of $95,000.00 for road improvements on Matt Drive, Briar Drive and Alex Drive;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:     

SECTION 1: That the City Council for the City of Jonesboro accepts the contract bid from Richard Baugh for road improvements on Matt, Briar and Alex Drive.

SECTION 2: That the 2006 budget is hereby amended to reflect said $95,000.00 to come from unappropriated capital improvements.
